Join Us at Working Together for Woking
We are delighted to announce that Working Together for Woking will return for its sixth year on Thursday 12 November 2026 at Woking Leisure Centre.
This free community event brings together local charities, community groups, voluntary organisations and public sector services, providing an excellent opportunity for residents, volunteers and professionals to discover what support, activities and opportunities are available across Woking.
This year, 100 organisations and community groups have already signed up to showcase the incredible work taking place across the borough. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet a wide range of local services, learn about the support available in Woking and make valuable community connections.

A Worthwhile Experience at Working Together for Woking
We recently had the pleasure of attending and hosting a stand once again at the Working Together for Woking event, and as always, it proved to be an incredibly worthwhile experience for us as a small organisation.
For us, it was a fantastic opportunity to raise our profile, share what we do with a wider audience, and connect with like-minded organisations. We benefited hugely from simply getting our name out there, and it also gave us a valuable platform to highlight our ongoing need for volunteers, which is so important to the work we do.
Building Valuable Connections
The networking opportunities were truly priceless.
Thanks to the connections we made on the day, we have since been able to partner with several organisations on community events and, excitingly, have even received a grant from another local charity.
Feeling Inspired
We came away from the event feeling inspired, encouraged, and more connected to the Woking community than ever before.
Events like these demonstrate the power of collaboration and the impact that can be achieved when local organisations come together to support their community.
