This is a valuable,interesting and varied role involving all aspects of administration. The Administrator needs to be well organised and willing to learn new skills, be compassionate,enthusiastic and interested in making a real difference to the charity and the work it does.
The Administrator will work as part of a small and friendly team of Trustees and volunteers and will gain great jobĀ satisfaction from their contribution to the work the charity does.
Whilst the role is home based the Administrator will be required to attend monthly Trustee meetings and The Annual General Meeting. On a voluntary basis the Administrator may wish to attend CTS events clinics to assist with set up and support to the volunteers and men attending for PSA testing
Willing to develop and learn new skills.
Self- motivated and able to work without close supervision.
Have experience in using MS Office including Word and Excel.
Have experience of book keeping.
Genera Data Protection knowledge and working practices.
Good organisational skillsĀ with attention to detail.
Confident telephone manner with good interpersonal skills.
An active interest in helping others.
A compassionate and caring approach with an ability to empathise.
