Could you be a positive male role model to the children resident in our refuge? We are looking for a volunteer to provide play sessions on a weekly or ad hoc basis. The sessions could include board games, playing in the garden, building dens and so on. There's also the opportunity to help upcycle our outside play house! An enhanced DBS check and two references will be required. Volunteering can take place Monday to Friday between10am and 5pm.

What skills do I need?

Empathy; good communication skills; approachable; creative; calm; experience of working with children preferred.

Availability Details

Volunteering can be ad hoc but preferably on a weekly basis. Volunteering can take place between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday subject to staff availability.
