For The Childrens Society
We’re looking for volunteer Community Ambassadors to play a vital role in helping us reach new audiences, raise awareness and generate income to continue moving closer to our goal. Ambassadors will seek out opportunities to speak to, and build relationships with, community groups, organisations and businesses, raising awareness of our work and encouraging action through giving, campaigning and volunteering. In addition to public speaking opportunities, you may attend events of our behalf, such as business networking meetings, fundraising events, community fetes, galas and more.
Organised, self-motivated, proactive and good at managing your own time • Someone who enjoys meeting new people and networking, and is comfortable with public speaking • Passionate about the work of The Children’s Society and willing to promote TCS to your personal / professional network • Able to volunteer flexibly, when opportunities arise (within reason)
