After four years of fantastic achievements & growth for our not-for-profit, we've realised it's time to get ready for the future. Toward the end of 2022, our company created a vision for how Blossom LGBT CIC will look within the next 5 years, this starts with a fresh executive director team, a company-wide restructure, and a rebrand.

Given all this changes we're looking for someone to join our organisation and help ensure we communicate these changes well & maximise social media to share our mission and consistently promote the work that we do. You'll also support us to bring attention to LGBTQ+ issues, raise awareness around LGBTQ+ identities, and celebrate the amazing things our community is capable of.

We're looking for talented individuals to join us on our mission to create spaces for LGBTQ+ people across South East England. We'll work to maximize the reach of our work and attract new opportunities to Blossom LGBT CIC. Whilst you'll work collaboratively with our directors, you'll have control over your designated area with the ambition to insert a fresh point of view, create opportunity, and reach a wider audience.

We know this is a large role and that's why we also offer the opportunity to job share. You could focus on blog & news, social media, or external media.

What skills do I need?

We understand the barriers to LGBTQ+ people gaining appropriate experience and skills in leadership or management functionalities. We are dedicated to providing opportunities to grow. If you are passionate about one of our roles but do not currently have all of the skills, attributes & experience, we would still like to hear from you as we recruit on passion & potential - not just experience.

- Strong written English with an ability to tailor their writing to different audiences. - Good understanding of Canva (or a professional design software).
