About the Organisation

Woking Street Angels is a volunteer-led initiative supporting people in Woking’s night-time economy. Volunteers provide a safe, reassuring presence, helping those who may be vulnerable or in need of assistance.

About the Role

Woking Street Angels is seeking volunteer Trustees to help oversee and guide the organisation. Trustees play a key role in ensuring the charity is well run, financially sustainable, and continues to meet the needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with charity regulations and good governance
  • Oversee finances and long-term sustainability
  • Support and advise the volunteer leadership team
  • Act as an ambassador for the organisation in the local community

You should be:

  • Committed to supporting the local community
  • Able to work collaboratively
  • Willing to contribute your skills and experience
