Volunteering with Surrey libraries is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and make a difference in your community. There are various roles which include: Customer Support, Digital Support, Events and Activities, Stock Support and Library Direct. There are also opportunities for young people including Duke of Edinburgh and Summer Reading Challenge.
What skills do I need?
Each role requires slightly different skills but more important is a passion for books and learning along with good communication skills and enthusiasm for meeting people.
