Active Buddies is a project to support people with disabilities and long term health conditions to take part in activities within their community
The role of an Active Buddy involves being a companion of activities. Helping your buddy get to and from activities, whilst encouraging and supporting them
Looking for volunteers with are friendly, outgoing and will encourage and support.
