We create readers because when a child becomes a reader, they get the very best chance in life, and every child deserves that.

At Coram Beanstalk we believe that life is better when everyone can read well and express themselves with confidence. That's why we recruit, train and support volunteers to work with primary aged children to help them find a love of reading.

Our volunteers work one-to-one with children who would benefit from dedicated time with an adult who can help them with their reading and communication skills. You will be working in a local primary school two afternoons a week.

We provide training and support throughout your role as a volunteer.

Benefits of volunteering:

Playing an active part in the community
