For Hoe Valley Helping Hand
Duty Officers are the link between our clients living in Old Woking, Kingfield, Westfield and Sutton Green and our local volunteer drivers. Based in your own home, you'll take calls on our mobile phone from clients who are requesting transport or who would like to register for support. You'll log each request and message volunteers via WhatsApp to find a driver. This role does require a regular commitment but can just be a few days a month. The helpline is open between 10:00am and 12 noon, Monday to Friday.
