Sheerwater FC – Community Football in the Heart of Woking We’re looking for a small team of enthusiastic volunteers to help with matchday kitchen and front-of-house duties at Sheerwater FC. These roles are not bar duties — perfect for anyone who enjoys helping out, meeting people, and being part of a friendly community club. Serving hot food and snacks Light kitchen prep (no experience needed) Taking orders and assisting supporters Keeping the service area tidy Working as part of a relaxed, supportive team When we need help - Saturday home matches (usually 2–3 hours) Occasional midweek evening fixtures You don’t need to commit to every game — even one or two matches a month helps a lot! Who this suits - Parents, retirees, students, or anyone wanting to volunteer locally People who enjoy working with others Those looking for real experience in customer service or hospitality Anyone who wants to support grassroots football and be part of a welcoming club family What you’ll get - Full guidance/training Free tea/coffee and food on the day A friendly environment and a chance to make a real difference The satisfaction of helping your local Step 5 club on matchdays
