For Mascot Hub
We are currently looking for a volunteer to provide one-to-one English language tuition at The Hub. Sessions usually take place on Wednesdays, although there may be some flexibility to offer sessions on Tuesdays or Thursdays if needed.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in improving their confidence and communication skills. Due to a volunteer moving on, we now have several people on our waiting list who are eager to begin tuition.
If you are passionate about supporting others and can offer a regular weekly session, we would love to hear from you.
This role would suit someone with experience of teaching or supporting English language learning in a variety of settings, whether in the UK or abroad, though prior teaching experience is not essential. If English is your first language and you have a strong grasp of the language, along with the confidence and enthusiasm to share your knowledge, we would be happy to consider you for the role.

Days and times to be discussed but the usual session is held on Wednesday but could potentially be a Tuesday or Thursday between 10am and 2pm. Each teaching session lasts an hour with each client and volunteers can come for as little as one hour if necessary and are not expected to stay for the four hours unless they would like to.
